To further enhance our performance, we are focusing on the modernization of existing machinery as well as on new, state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.

Herewith, we would like to give you an overview of our current initiatives.

Overhaul and retrofit of existing machines

In December 2025, we carried out a comprehensive overhaul of our large planing machine. Target of this measure was a significant improvement in machining quality, process reliability, and machine availability.

Also in December, one of our presses was upgraded to the latest state of the art. This includes the use of a completely new mold and stamp in order to meet future requirements.

What could the future bring without sustainable and circular solutions in plastics? This is what we are committed to. Our new compressor with integrated heat recovery not only increases energy efficiency but also sustainably reduces energy consumption.

Responsibly shaping the future with smart plastic solutions

Expansion of our machinery –
milled and turned parts

To further increase capacities and precision, we invested in an additional CNC machine in 2025, equipped with the latest control technology. This enables maximum precision, flexibility, and repeatability in the production of our milled parts.

In January, our manufacturing operations were also expanded with a new turning machine featuring a bar feeder. Here, as well, state-of-the-art control technologies are used to create optimal conditions for efficient and automated turning operations.
